On 13 May 2006, this constitution was adopted by the members of the Mormon Transhumanist Association, with fourteen votes in the affirmative and three abstentions. On 13 October 2006, this constitution was amended by voting members, with ten votes in the affirmative and one abstention. On 12 March 2007, this constitution was again amended by voting members with ten votes in the affirmative and three abstentions.
