2025 Director Election Results
Carl Youngblood co-founded the MTA in 2006 and has served since 2021 as its President and CEO. He is engaged with the Association’s efforts to explore the intersection of Mormon theology and transhumanist philosophy. ¶ Among the many initiatives that Carl has been involved with, he has designed and built the Association's current website, which unifies all prior content in a single location using inspiring visuals and animations.
The Mormon Transhumanist Association announces the results of recent director elections. The following individuals have been elected as the new directors (listed in alphabetical order by first name, not by amount of votes received):

- Steven Christiansen
It is anticipated that all three will transition into their new term this month.
We wish to congratulate the new directors and look forward to their service. We also extend our sincere thanks to the other nominees for their continued support and willingness to serve.
We have enjoyed working with outgoing directors Connie Packer, Nathan Hadfield, and Spencer Cannon. They have had a profound influence on the Association.
